1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility

- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect verified
- Order cancelled before dispatch
No refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Products requiring temperature-controlled storage once shipped

3. Return Process
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
